Help Mike and his family on his ALS journey

My name is Kate, and I am Mike's wife. I started this fundraiser to raise money to assist us in Mike's struggle with ALS. He was diagnosed in April of 2022. The news was devastating. He is a husband of 25 years and a father of 4. In 5 short months he has fought off a septic pneumonia and is now completely paralyzed. He is on a ventilator with a feeding tube and is bedridden. We have had to close our business and rely on a small monthly stipend from the government. Needless to say, we are living on the edge. We would appreciate any assistance you can provide. I can't say what tomorrow will bring, but I am trying to keep our family afloat. Donations will be used to pay bills, purchase food, hire home health aides to help with his daily care and to fund end of life expenses when the time comes. We have decided to keep him at home and he is on hospice in order for him to stay comfortable. As always, he is strong and fighting for every and any extra moments with his family.
