Help Mikayla Study Abroad in Spain

Hello, my name is Mikayla. I am a 14-year-old student attending Choate Rosemary Hall and a Prep for Prep graduate. I am seeking support to participate in the CIEE Global Navigator High School Abroad program in Alicante, Spain. Prep for Prep prepared me for academic success and helped her access top-tier education through scholarships.

I received a half-scholarship for the Spanish Languages and Culture program , which offers a unique opportunity to improve my Spanish skills, experience Spanish culture, and foster genuine relationships by living with a host family for four weeks. I believe this experience will broaden my worldview, increase my independence, and strengthen her ability to connect with others.

Although it's my first time fundraising online and feeling uncomfortable, I have come to see tools like GoFundMe as valuable resources for achieving her dreams. Financial limitations should never stop anyone from reaching their goals.

I am asking for contributions from family, friends, and the community to help cover the remaining costs of tuition, travel, housing, and daily expenses. I extend my deepest gratitude to the CIEE team, her family, and everyone who supports her journey.
