Mikayla is a bright, beautiful 14-year-old girl who has been facing a tough and emotional journey with alopecia, a condition that causes hair loss. Over the past year, Mikayla has tried everything within reach — from injections at the Children's Hospital to specialized treatments with a Trichologist. Sadly, none of these efforts have brought the results we had hoped for.

Recently, Mikayla was fitted for a custom wig to help her regain her confidence and feel like herself again. Unfortunately, her insurance does not cover any of the costs associated with the wig or its care.
