Hi everyone, I am starting nursing school this May and seeking a new car. Unfortunately, my car of 4 years is no longer drivable because the engine needs to be replaced due to the timing chain set completely failing. I have not had the funds to put into fixing the car, and the car remains inoperable and has been sitting in my garage for months. The car pictured was the first car I’ve ever had, but with all of the expensive repairs, it’s best to retire her.

Ever since my car has become undrivable, I have been relying on rides from my mom who works full-time. With me starting school in just a few weeks, this unreliable form of transportation will make it impossible for me to get to school or my clinicals, as they are both more than an hour drive away and require me to drive 5 out of 7 days of the week.
