Help Miguel’s Workshop Thrive During Recovery

Donation protected
Hi, everyone. My name is Gicela, and many of you may know my dad, Miguel Mendoza, from his 30+ years of dedicated work as a carpenter in Oakland, CA. On March 25th, my dad suffered a heart attack and underwent emergency quadruple bypass surgery. While we are incredibly grateful that he is now on the road to recovery, the journey ahead will be long as he focuses on healing.

For decades, he has poured his heart and soul into his craft. His workshop has always been more than a place of work: it’s been his lifelong dream and a source of pride.

During his recovery, he is unable to run the shop, and we are hoping to raise funds to help keep it going until he can return. Your support will go directly toward maintaining the business, covering essential expenses, and ensuring that the dream he worked so hard to build doesn’t fade during this challenging time.

Any contribution, no matter the size, means so much to our family. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would also make a huge difference.

Thank you for your kindness, support, and for helping us keep his dream alive.
