PLEASE HELP... I am starting this fundraiser after a terrifying experience that could have taken my life. I had just gotten my motorcycle the day before the accident, and it already meant so much to me. While I was on the road, one DUI driver tried to run me off and ended up crashing with several other cars. I stopped to help after that crash, never expecting that things could get even worse. After I got off my motorcycle to assist, another DUI driver crashed into my bike and totaled it. I was only about two feet away and could have been killed. I am deeply shaken, disappointed, and still trying to process how quickly everything happened.

This fundraiser is to help me replace my motorcycle and recover from the loss. I know money cannot truly replace something that felt like such a meaningful gift to me, especially after having it for only one day, but it can help me take a step forward. More than anything, I want people to understand how dangerous and selfish it is to drive under the influence. These choices do not only affect the driver—they can destroy lives, hurt innocent people, and impact families in an instant.

I am incredibly thankful that I am still here, that I can still walk, talk, and breathe. That alone is a blessing. If you are able to support me, I would be truly grateful. And if nothing else, I hope my story reminds people to make safer choices, ask for a ride, call an Uber, and never risk someone else’s life by getting behind the wheel impaired.
