Help Miguel Luviano & Family

On March 17, 2018 at 11:30pm Miguel Luviano was driving home from working at the Manhattan of La Jolla  when he was hit by a drunk driver. Miguel suffered severe injuries and brain trauma and is currently in a coma at the ICU at Scripps Mercy.

Miguel is only 33 years old and does not have medical insurance. His treatment at Scripps will result in hefty medical bills. Miguel is also the manager at his apartment complex where his family recieves a reduced rent in exchange for him maintaining the facilities. Miguel's wife, Ruth Nickerson, currently works at Toys R Us and will be losing her job in the next week due to the store closing. Miguel and Ruth have two beautiful daughters. Laura is turning 16 and attends Crawford High School and is an alumni of Marshall Elementary. Leslie is 9 years old and in the 4th grade at Marshall Elementary. 

The staff at Marshall Elementary wants to share the Luviano's story in hopes that donations will help make this extremely difficult time a bit less worrisome. Please help in anyway possible.
