Help Mighty Milo Overcome Severe Illness

This is Mighty Milo. When I found Milo, I knew I had to save him from his deplorable conditions. This small guy weighed in at 0.8 pounds at 6 weeks. He was covered in fleas and ear mites, had an awful smell, green oozing from his eyes and nose, bloody stools, and the inability to eat due to the ulcers on his tongue. Milo was immediately brought to the emergency vet to be seen, where he was diagnosed with an extreme upper respiratory infection, ear mites, tongue ulcers, and was severely malnourished. I was told his chances of survival were 50/50 and it would be a long road ahead due to how sick little Milo was. Unfortunately, Milo’s vet bill racked up due to the amount of medications and testing. Milo’s infections have been improving, but after another test yesterday, we found he has Giardia, a severe stomach parasite. With Milo being so little, we are going to have a lot of issues with this diagnosis. Milo is getting treated and receiving a ton of love, food, medicine, and care.
