Hi, we’re Kenny and Marina, and this is our boy, Midnight. He’s almost 2 years old, and we rescued him from a shelter in Golden, CO less than a year ago. From the moment he came into our lives, he’s been pure love—playful, gentle, and full of joy.

Recently, our hearts broke again. After tearing one ACL, Midnight has now injured his other leg as well. He now needs surgery on both legs. Watching him struggle to stand, move, or get comfortable has been devastating. Hearing him cry and not being able to take his pain away is something no pet parent is prepared for.

The cost of a bilateral TPLO (double-leg) surgery is overwhelming and far beyond what we can afford on our own. We feel helpless, but we are doing everything we can to give him the chance to heal and live a pain-free life.
