Help Midna Heal: Support Her Recovery

Midna's medical care
No one likes when their pet is hurt, but it was one of my biggest nightmares come true when Midna got hurt while playing. On 06/26 we took Midna to the vet for signs of pain and some pretty bad limping - occasionally her back right leg just wouldn't support any weight. During the visit (on top of a slight ear infection, because go big or go home!) the vet diagnosed a suspected partial ligament tear, possibly in both knees, a huge blow to any pet owner and especially for a service dog handler. We have a plan, she's in good hands, but I seriously need help.
Midna is currently on 2 weeks of very strict crate rest, however it's only the beginning of her recovery. Even just her exam and initial meds totaled just under $500 and I was already overwhelmed. While I was able to handle the initial bill with support, we're just getting started. The plan going forward includes a recheck very soon as well as x-rays (they begin at $450) and the veterinarian recommends a round of laser therapy (about $80 per session), starting with about 3 per week and working down to once a week with progress. After all of that I'll need to seriously consider physical therapy if she's to return to work life. During this it means she's out of commission as my service dog, which has had a major impact on my ability to navigate life - including taking her outside, since we have two flights of stairs and I literally cannot carry her myself.
All of this means...bills, help from friends, and more bills. I'm relying on a combination of help from my colleagues who kindly assist me taking her out daily, friends to crash with...it's overwhelming at best. I am desperate to keep my head above water here and help her recover as fully as possible. The monetary goal I set here is meant to go 100% towards funding her vet visits; any drop in visits from colleagues, her medications, treatments, and repaying friends who are supporting me during this time. I hate being vulnerable like this and asking for help, but I'm finding myself at a low point here and swallowing my pride. I need help, and I need her.
