My cat Midge has been sick, with problems using the litter box. After some tests, we got a diagnosis, which is treatable but requires expensive medicine for a long time. Just when this happened, I've lost a bunch of work, my own medical bills have ballooned, and I desperately need repairs to my car. Without my car I cannot work.

So, in order to provide for Midge, I am asking for your help to cover the tests, the medicine, follow-up appointments, and to keep me working so I can provide for her. The tests were $700 alone, the car is costing me about $1000, her medicine about $100 a month, my medicine + insurance premium is $600 a month, and I've lost $900 a month in income due to factors out of my control. Please help take some of this weight off of my shoulders so I can continue to take cute pictures of Midge and share them online; that's all I really want to do.

I am an organizer, educator, and game designer working on an interactive autofiction horror game. I wish I could be worrying about the labor movement, what class I'm teaching, and making video games instead of being in survival mode. I have 4 jobs between places I teach and clinical play therapy I do, and I have $10,000 of student loans remaining in forbearance. I can't do this on my own, and I hate being in this position.
