In May 2020 Micky was diagnosed with breast cancer. She finished chemo in October of that year and had a double mastectomy in November 2020. The last two years have been an evolving and ongoing healing journey for my friend. Nine months ago, complications with her double mastectomy progressively got worse and she has been living with a grade 4 capuslar contracture. Now causing daily discomfort and pain for several months. After attempting alternative methods, Micky has exhausted all viable options resulting in her need for surgery. Micky will be having surgery on the 20th of December, 2022. Recovery time is approximately a month, We are asking for support to help with bills, supplies, and daily neccesities, so Micky can focus on healing from this procedure.
