Help Micky and Jen survive

My sister and her fiance were about to get married next month. We then found out that Micky has colon cancer that spread throughout his abdomen. Initially he was given months to live. Now the doctors believe that with radiation and chemo they will be able to add years to his life. Mick and Jen recently purchased a house together. With Micky not being able to work, the bills are piling up as well as hospital bills. My sister is working as much as possible so Micky is at home by himself most of the day trying to do things like change his iliostomy bag. My sister needs to be able to hire a nurse to check in on him and help him but they are already stretched thin. Anything that you can give will be greatly appreciated
