My mom found her forever home but it is costing more than we anticipated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is a trailer that has been moved to a lot in a 55+ community. It needs to be set, anchored, hooked up and pass inspection before the 1st of January when her apartment lease is up. Anything helps. Thank you and God bless.
