Mickey (Guss) has been my absolute best friend for the last 5 years and can honestly say he's saved my life on more than one occasion.  He is an Old English Bulldog and seriously I feel is half human.  Mick has actually been a very active pooch his entire life which is why watching him try and get around right now is so absolutely heartbreaking. 

Mickey started to limp very badly about a month ago, but showed signs of recovering so I didn't bring him.  He then went extremely in the opposite direction and stopped putting any pressure on either of his hind legs.  Yesterday (1-20-20) I was able to bring him in and turns out he has a torn cruciate ligament in both his hind legs and will essentially  require replacements in both knees.  The cost to get this done is way outside my budget, but the surgery needs to happen soon or he will end up severely damaging his front legs.  I hate asking for help and this is way outside my comfort level doing so, so anything that can be donated is highly appreciative.

The cost of the surgery is $6000.  IF there is a chance of donations exceeding $6000, it will be donated to a local animal shelter.
