Help Miciah Return to the Game He Loves

Hi everyone,

My name is Nichole, and I’m reaching out with a mother’s heart to ask for help during a challenging time for our family. My 15-year-old son, Miciah, recently tore his ACL during a soccer game — a sport he has loved and played passionately since he was just 5 years old.

Miciah has poured so much of himself into soccer over the years. Seeing him sidelined, in pain, and facing such a major surgery has been incredibly tough — not only for him, but for all of us who love and support him.

His doctors have recommended ACL reconstruction surgery followed by several months of physical therapy. Even with insurance, the costs are overwhelming. We’re facing high copayments for the surgery, out-of-pocket costs for physical therapy, post-op medical equipment, and the added challenge of me needing to take time off work to care for him through recovery.

We’re hoping to raise enough to cover:

• The copayment and medical expenses from surgery

• Physical therapy sessions to help Miciah regain strength and mobility

• Equipment needed for recovery at home

• Lost income while I take time off to be by his side during this critical time
