My name is Michidmaa Altangerel, and I’ve survived leukemia twice. Now, I’m fighting it for the third time. This disease keeps coming back, but I’ve never given up — and I won’t start now.

I first got (ALL ) leukemia when I was 7 years old. After two years of painful treatment, I was declared cancer-free. Then, when I was a teenager, it came back. I went through chemotherapy again and survived a second time.

Now, the cancer has returned for the third time. My doctors say I need:

Chemotherapy and CAR-T cell therapy

Followed by a bone marrow transplant

My total treatment cost is over ₮506,000,000 (Mongolian tugrik), which is approximately €121,500–124,500.

•Chemotherapy + CAR‑T therapy: ₮150M ≈ €36,000–37,500

•Bone marrow transplant: ₮356M ≈ €85,500–87,000

My family has already raised part of the cost, but we cannot afford it all on our own.‍‍‍
