Michi is our beloved cat and a cherished member of our family. This morning, she was her usual playful self, but by early afternoon, we noticed something was terribly wrong. Michi was limping badly, her paw was sagging, and she couldn’t move it. To make things worse, her eye was bleeding a little. The wound wasn’t actively bleeding, but it was clear that she had just been hurt. We called our vet right away, and they were incredible—seeing Michi just 30 minutes after we called. After a quick diagnosis, we learned that Michi had broken her left leg very badly and would need surgery as soon as possible. We’ve scheduled her surgery for tomorrow morning, hoping to save her leg and get her back to her happy, healthy self. Michi is my first adopted stray baby, and it took a month to gain her trust. She’s always been our little shadow, following us around and bringing so much joy to our lives. She even brought her own babies to us, showing how much she trusts our family. Losing her would be heartbreaking, and we want to do everything we can to help her heal. The cost of her surgery and aftercare is overwhelming, and we’ve had to put it all on our credit card. We’re asking for help to pay off this bill so we can focus on Michi’s recovery and keep her safe and loved. Any support or shares would mean the world to us and to Michi. Thank you for reading her story and for caring about our sweet girl.
