Help Me Bring My Rescued Cats Home

Hello, my name is Michells. I’m Venezuelan, and I came to the United States seeking safety. Unfortunately, my asylum case was dismissed, and I now have to return to Venezuela on December 11th.

What hurts the most is that I don’t want to leave my cats behind—my two little babies whom I rescued when they were only two months old. They have been my family, my emotional support, and my comfort through the hardest moments of this journey.

But the costs for their vaccines, paperwork, and airline fees are extremely high, and I simply can’t afford everything on my own right now.

That’s why I’m turning to this community with humility.

Any help, no matter how small, brings me closer to bringing my cats safely home with me. They depend on me completely, and the thought of leaving them is heartbreaking.
