My name is Michelle Starry. I never imagined I would be writing this or asking for help, but we recently lost our home in a devastating flood. In a matter of minutes, the place we called home was gone. The force of the water blew out the foundation of our house. We grabbed the dogs as water was rushing in and put them in the van. We are Blessed that no dogs were injured. Grabbing Miley's urn is the only thing I left Saturday with.

Anyone who knows me knows how much I believe in working hard, helping others and pushing forward. Now I find myself on the other side- needing the support of the same community that I have been so fortunate to help and serve.
