Help Michelle's Family in Her Last Days

My wife has been in and out of hospitals over a year now. She was in and out for blood clot on her lung, retaining fluids on her stomach and legs. Then she was diagnosed with stage 4 liver failure. Two weeks ago my whole world changed when the doctor told me that her kidneys were failing and she had 6 months tops to live. As of yesterday Michelle is now refusing to take her medicine and won't hardly drink and won't eat.
Anyone who knows me or Michelle knows that we don't ask for help if you don't have to. But this burden is worrying me on how I am supposed to give my wife what she wants when she passes away. So right now I am asking for whatever help anyone can help me please. Every dollar would be greatly appreciated.
