Hello everyone! My name is Michelle Batista. I recently found out my rescue dog Nalu has Cushing's disease. Its a very under diagnosed disease. Unfortunately, there is no cure for this disease. Fortunately, he doesn't feel pain! I created this GoFundMe to help with all these expensive tests, and treatments that my pet assure doesn't cover. A little background: I adopted Nalu in 2017! He is a rescue dog from Puerto Rico. Nalu comes from a dark past with a lot of scars on his body, and ptsd/trauma. Yet he still wags his tail, and gives cuddles!! He is definitely a special dog.
