Dear friends, family, and community,
✨ I never thought I’d be writing this, but life has taken an unexpected turn for my best friend, of over 20 years, Michelle Kolbauer.
Last Thursday, August 8, she came home to the devastating news that her apartment building had been destroyed in a fire. Shockingly, she wasn’t informed by her landlord and only found out after seeing it on the news and when she arrived, her apartment was condemned and uninhabitable. The fire caused extensive damage to her belongings, and now Michelle is faced with the daunting task of moving out and starting over. Unfortunately, her landlord has offered no help or compensation, leaving her to handle this overwhelming situation on her own. We’re reaching out to our community for support. We’re aiming to raise at least $3,000 to help Michelle replace her damaged essentials and cover the costs of moving. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a huge difference in helping her rebuild. Anyone who has met Michelle, knows that she would give all she has to help someone in need. I believe it’s her turn to let us help HER! If you’re able to donate, it would mean so much to us.
