Hello, my name is Lisa and a dear friend and co-worker, Michelle Ramos, has had a rough 2 years. Almost 2 years ago, she lost her husband tragically and had to move from her home. She recently started experiencing some medical problems, which started out as pneumonia. We thought with some antibiotics it would clear up, but her lungs started to fill with fluid. She had to have her lungs drained, and doctors don't know why this is happening. Test after test, there are still no answers. About 2 weeks ago, she started experiencing more shortness of breath and was admitted to Temple University, where she had surgery and a biopsy on her lungs. Still waiting for answers, she is now out of work and out of time to get paid. Michelle is now raising her teenage daughter, Catie, alone and cannot afford to pay her rent.

Any contribution or donation would be greatly appreciated as she is home healing and waiting to find out what is happening to her. It's a true medical mystery. I can't imagine not knowing why your lungs keep filling with fluid and not being able to breathe.
