My name is Michelle, and I’m reaching out for help after a series of frustrating and costly car troubles. Recently, my car was misdiagnosed twice by Pep Boys, leading to unnecessary and expensive repairs that didn’t actually fix the problem. Because of this, my car ended up overheating, and I found myself having to pull off the highway at night three different times. Each time was stressful and scary, especially knowing my son Kellen and I rely on this car for everything.

Right now, I have no car for my son Kellen and I to drive. While I work remotely, having a working car is still essential for caring for Kellen, running errands, and handling our daily responsibilities. As a single parent currently without a freelance assignment, even the cost of a rental car is more than I can manage. The uncertainty and stress have been overwhelming, and I’m doing everything I can to get us back on track.
