My sister-in-law, Michelle Haynes Johnston, was originally diagnosed with breast cancer on July 30, 2009, and received two surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation, and hormone therapy. She stayed on hormone therapy for 10 years and was in remission!
In December of 2022, Michelle started needing transfusions. A bone marrow biopsy was done, and it showed her breast cancer was back in her bone marrow and also lesions on her bones.
Michelle has been fighting since then on chemo and hormone therapy while working full-time. This regimen stopped being effective, and now she is trying different chemo drugs but having horrible side effects. This has left her unable to work. Michelle and her husband Ken have been working very hard to keep up, but the bills keep piling up, and they can really use some help. Every little bit helps, but they also need our support and prayers. Thank you for listening and any help ❤️
