For most of my life, I’ve lived the way many of us do — pushing through chronic pain, ignoring what my body was trying to tell me, and continuing on with life while quietly carrying physical discomfort in the background.
About five years ago, my healing journey truly began when I discovered energy healing and started reconnecting with myself in a deeper way. That journey eventually led me to become an Intuitive Energy healer
About a month ago, I began experiencing a level of pain far beyond what I was used to, and my health suddenly declined. What started as severe pain in my shoulder and arm progressed into pins and needles, numbness, and loss of function in my right arm and hand. After multiple scans, tests, specialist appointments, and procedures, I was diagnosed with degeneration and narrowing in my cervical spine affecting the nerves in my neck and arm.
At 42 years old, this diagnosis and the speed at which everything escalated came completely out of the blue. The emotional toll of suddenly facing serious physical limitations, uncertainty around my future health, and the possibility of further long-term degeneration has been incredibly confronting. I’ve realised that I can no longer keep pushing through or postponing my healing. I need to take this seriously now so I can give my body the care, treatment, and support it truly needs before these issues become even more severe.
Right now, I’m unable to work and facing mounting medical expenses, treatment costs, medications, rent, and everyday living expenses while focusing fully on healing and recovery. Insurance has not covered the full extent of these costs, and the uncertainty around when I’ll be able to return to work has been emotionally and financially overwhelming.
The past 4 months I have been coaching women on an incredible training program,. Supporting these women through their own healing and transformation has been the most rewarding and greatest experience to be part of.
In June, I’m committed to leading and holding space after months of supporting these incredible women through their training journey. My deepest intention is to arrive physically, emotionally, and spiritually strong enough to hold that space with integrity, presence, and a full heart. And in order for me to be able to do that, I need treatment and physical therapy now and continuously over the next few months.
As difficult as it has been to ask for help, I’m learning that receiving support is also part of healing. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help me continue treatment, recover, and move through this chapter with greater stability and hope.
Thank you for supporting me on this journey and helping me heal so I can continue supporting others in theirs. I am truly grateful for your kindness.
