Help Michelle Finish this Semester

Hi My name is Michelle Oluseun Carter. I am a senior at UC Merced. I am trying to change my Major to Public health from Bio. Recently I fund out that I cannot receive any financial aid from the school. I would like some help because it was such a short notice from my school and I do not have sufficient funds to pay for my tuition. I was enrolled in student housing and now I have to cancel it because I cannot afford to pay $13,000. I just need the $2366 so that I could enter into the deferred payment plan at my school. The total for my tuition is $6,798.18. The loan that I have applied for will not go through in time so the school will drop me from all of my classes if they do not receive the $2366 payment by January 23, 2019.
