My name is Michelle Carlon. I’m a retired Senior Constable NSW Police, a mother, Proud Bangerang Woman and a long-time domestic violence victim who is now fighting the most terrifying battle of my life - against the very system that was meant to protect me.
For over 16 months, I’ve been dragged through courtrooms while NSW Police have refused to take over 80 domestic violence reports I’ve tried to make -refused to act on clear evidence, withheld critical medical records, and delayed proceedings again and again while my life falls apart.
What began as a desperate act of survival—sharing my story on TikTok under the handle @babymayo1110 - Has grown into a movement. Thousands now follow my journey and ask how they can help. I’ve tried not to ask—but the truth is, I can’t fight this alone anymore.
Most recently, NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb hired a legal team to try to quash a subpoena I served seeking police records—records that prove police knowingly proceeded with malicious intent. Their own internal reports directly contradict the allegations they’ve charged me with, revealing a disturbing misuse of power and truth.
I was medically discharged from NSW Police after EML accepted full liability for a psychological injury sustained through bullying, harassment—and sexual assault I endured during my service.
My 40-page compensation claim, which listed specific traumatic acts—including rape—was fully accepted.
I had commenced preparations for a civil case against NSW Police, scheduled to begin this year. However, I now believe that the criminal charges being pursued against me are a deliberate attempt to silence me—to prevent these horrific truths from reaching the public or the court.
Due to the unrelenting legal pressure and abuse of process I’ve been subjected to, I have not been able to continue my civil claim which was funds that were going to support my son and I.
NSW Police stand to directly financially benefit from delaying or derailing my case. That is the bigger picture. Money.
Meanwhile, I am a full-time carer for my son who has a palliative heart condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS).
He has undergone three open-heart surgeries and lives with ongoing risk. This legal battle is stealing the time, strength, and financial support I need to care for him.
I am also battling a chronic gastrointestinal bleed, and I am extremely unwell.
I’ve continued to show up to court, chase legal help, and parent under extreme pressure—but I’m running out of strength and resources.
I’m raising funds to cover the cost of:
• A barrister to represent me in court
• An independent forensic medical examiner to review my injuries and withheld records
• A forensic data analyst to expose manipulation and omissions in digital evidence
To remain transparent: I’m also managing outstanding bills, and after the death of my father, I inherited his home—which I now pay the mortgage on—leaving me with very little income and mounting financial pressure.
If you’ve followed my story… if you believe in truth, accountability, and protecting whistleblowers from state retaliation—please help me. Every share, every donation, every show of solidarity matters.
Please help me survive this criminal process so I can finally pursue civil justice and expose the full, horrific extent of what was done to me during my 10 years in the NSW Police Force.
I’m still here because of spite, love, and the courage of others who wouldn’t let me disappear quietly. Please help me survive this and prove what they’ve tried so hard to hide.
I can’t promise the outcome- but I want to give it everything I’ve got.
All my love -
