Hi friends, family, strangers. My name is Michelle. I am a single mother to my 9 year old son. In August 11, 2025 my father kicked me out of my home. The home I’ve grown up in for the past 24 years, the only home my son has known. I was staying at my sister’s in-law’s house for a few weeks then began staying in hotels. I unfortunately didn’t have the funds to keep staying in hotels, so I came back home against my dad’s wishes and started staying there again just so I could save up for my own apartment. My dad went almost 2 months without saying a word to me or acknowledging my existence until October 6, 2025 when we got into a verbal altercation and he physically assaulted me and left me with a bloody nose. The cops were called but unfortunately my father wasn’t arrested. I have been completely shun from my family home and have absolutely no where to stay with my son and still be able to work. This year has been the most financially troubling year for me already and I have no help financially from my family nor my son’s father and I am absolutely out of options. If anyone could help me with absolutely anything, it would mean the world to me and more. I just want a place to call home for me and my son.
