Hi, everyone.

My partner, Aleksi Saarela, and I lost our beloved Altadena home in the Eaton Fire early Thursday morning, 1/9/2025.

Thankfully, we evacuated safely with our old pup Richie before our lives were threatened, but our home is literally just gone? and our community has been totally devastated.

We are living in Loma Linda with my parents while we figure out our next steps, and we couldn't be more grateful for each other, and the love and care that surrounds us.

If your heart aches for us, our neighbors, or our precious community, we welcome any help as we all try to rebuild our lives together.
