Help Michele Entenman get back to U.S.

Please consider helping Michele with medical and travel expenses. She has been hospitalized in Bali for days now. She had an accident that resulted in an infection and blood clots in her leg. She is not able to walk nor fly home at this time. It is costing $1000 per day to stay with no idea how long long until she can travel. She is a gifted photographer who travels between chemo therapy treatment for her recurrence of ovarian cancer. She is traveling alone and neither travel insurance nor health insurance are covering these costs. She desperately needs to get back to the US for chemo therapy. Due to this accident, her travel plans were messed up so she will also need another flight home. 
This is a very frightening time for her being alone, overseas, in a hospital with life-threatening injuries. Any help is appreciated.
