Hello Friends,

On September 13th, our cherished co-worker and Alberta Co-op community member, Michele Bossart, received news that her mother is in the final stages of cancer. With some encouragement, she hopped on an emergency flight to Buenos Aires to spend these final precious moments with her mother. She needs a little help from her community. All of the funds raised here will go toward paying for Michele's plane ticket and living expenses for the next month, as well as her rent and bills here in Portland. If you know Michele, you know that she is a bright light who is always kind, generous, and loving to both strangers and friends. Please pitch in whatever you can to support her in this difficult time.
