The Abplanalp family lost their home to a fire on Thursday, October 10th. Thankfully, Michele and her girls (Elena and Lily) are safe, but they sadly lost two pets in the fire and all of their belongings. As a school counselor, Michele has often been the one to provide help to those in crisis. Now it is time for our community to provide support as they navigate this tragedy, replace their belongings and look forward to rebuilding their home.

With time, they will work with insurance to replace many of their physical belongings at a depreciated value, but more immediately they could use financial support to overcome the obstacles ahead of them in the short term.
