My name is Gavin and my cousin Micheal, who is only 26 years old, has been fighting sudden congestive heart failure and has been hospitalized for weeks. He has recently stabilized, but the likely long-term solution is a heart transplant. He has been kicking ass in the hospital and has kept his spirit positive throughout. To those that know the kind of young man that he is and the positivity he keeps around him and those close to him, I'm sure you could imagine his demeanor throughout this whole ordeal being humorous and upbeat despite the fear inside his and everyone's minds.
