Help Michael’s loved ones with his Memorial Service

I am hoping to raise funds for my father's memorial service. He passed unexpectedly and no one was financially prepared for this.

Michael "Mickey" Ray Hines, 54, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away from heart complications at his home on December 24, 2024. Mike was a devoted son, father, peepaw, brother, uncle, and friend. Mike was an extremely dependable hardworking man who would give the shirt off of his own back to anyone in need. His generous spirit and unwavering support will be surely missed by all who had the privilege to know him.

Born on February 12, 1970, in Louisville, Kentucky, Mickey was the son of Jerry and Janet (Hines) Hobgood. He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Wayne Hobgood, along with his grandparents, Stella Crutcher and Helen Hobgood, and his uncle, David Hines.

Michael is survived by his loving mother, Janet Hines (Larry) McDermott; his daughters, Jessa Ray (Matthew) Hines and Heather Lynnette (Anthony) Franklin; and his cherished grandchildren, Jayden Griffith, Jolene Payne, Thomas Franklin, and Everett Franklin. He is also survived by his siblings, Phyllis (Corky) Hart, Sandra (James) Neely, and Pamela (Kelly) Hawkins; mans best friend, Lucky; and his loved ones, Jennifer Hubsch, Brandon Hubsch, Kyrstin Hiser, along with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends who will forever honor his memory.
