Hi, my name is Szilvia Melich and our family feels blessed to have called Michael, Karen and their son Alexander our friends for almost 20 years. We consider them family.

We have so many great memories of them when we were neighbors in Los Angeles, when Karen and I were pregnant at the same time, our kids becoming practically cousins, holidays spent together, family visits. We always felt loved and happy when we were spending time with them.

We are devastated to hear the news about Michael’s health and feel helpless living so far away and not being able give the kind of support Michael and his family needs right now.

We started this fundraiser to help our friends with the medical bills.
