Help Michael's Family During His Recovery

My name is Michael Klinge and I have run a small handyman business for the last few years. I am the sole provider for a family of five and have never had issues with paying bills. I do most of my business between May and October and need to save any extra income to cover any shortfalls during the "off" months, where income can be spotty. At the start of the month, business was picking up and savings were running out. I had $14-15k of jobs confirmed and nearly another $10k pending but likely, so basically the same as always. It can be a little dicey this time of year but I always seem to manage.

That is until last week, while at a Dr's appointment for a sore hand, I had an Occipital Ischemic Stroke, while in the middle of a conversation with my physician. Unfortunately, it wasn't until three days later that they figured out what actually happened. At this time I am on a whole slew of medication and have lost nearly 90% of my vision on the right side. According to Doctors and other sources, I have basically a 50/50 chance of getting my sight back maybe less as it took a couple of days to diagnose me. In fact, I am struggling as I type because things are a bit jumbled. I have since had to cancel all of my upcoming jobd and bids.

I am not the type to ask for help, but I am also not alone in this as my wife and three children depend on me. Had this occurred in October or November it still would have not been great but I would have had a bit of money built up to make it a few months until I could either gets my eyesight back or a least temporary disability. My wife is already looking for employment but hasn't worked in over 10 years and still needs to care for my children (whom she also Homeschools) and now, me.

I am not looking to get rich with this I am simply hoping to het through the next few months until I either get enough sight back to start working again or I'm able to get some sort of assistance..i.e disability unemployment or something.
