My name is Molly Overberg and I am raising funds for my brother, Michael Wolfe and his family, Madorah, Juniper and Dean. Michael was in a car accident Monday evening (January 5th) on his way home from work. He was extracted from his vehicle and transported by ambulance to Park Falls and then later that night, to Marshfield. Yesterday he was in surgery for over 10 hours to repair his elbow and femur. He has had a rod placed in his femur and will be in a wheelchair for the next 3-6 months. Unfortunately his elbow will never regain full mobility and he will need extensive therapy to be able to be use his arm and leg again. He is the main provider for his family, as a tech ed teacher for Chequamagon School District. He has a 3 year old daughter and 3 month old son who was born a month early and spent a few weeks in the NICU. His immediate family has had a lot to deal with from that alone, and in August, we found out our mom has stage 4 cancer.
