This is the hardest thing I've ever had to do...
Michaela was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on July 3rd and admitted to Upstate Medical University in Syracuse on July 4th to start chemotherapy where she will stay for the duration of the next month.
Anyone that knows Michaela knows how big of a heart this one has. She would give the shirt off of her back to anyone. She is there for her family and friends unconditionally. And this time, she needs us. Her parents are taking turns going back and forth from Watertown to be there with her and the costs they are going to incur from this in addition to the medical expenses will be extensive.
There is still so much Michaela has yet to have the answers to. But coming together to help this incredible human is the least we could ask for right now. We appreciate anything and everything you are able to give in support of Michaela and her family. <3
