Help Michael Trumpower Battle Pancreatic Cancer

My incredibly strong, courageous, and beloved father, Michael Trumpower, has been diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer. The tumor is slightly smaller than a tennis ball, has spread to one lymph node near the pancreas, and since it is wrapped around major blood vessels, chemotherapy is the only conventional treatment available. Mike's pain is debilitating and difficult to manage, making everyday activities and tasks emotionally and physically draining.

Who Mike is:

Everyone who has come into contact with my father could share about his unwavering faith, spirit, optimism, and his ability to command a room with his captivating storytelling. Mike's incredible testimony, including many miracles personally experienced, only strengthened his trust in God that anything is possible in Him. Even in light of this diagnosis, he and my mother, Valerie, and all of us around him are positive and faithful, taking gratitude in the love and support that has been displayed by so many.

This diagnosis came as an absolute shock for everyone who knows Mike. He has always worked tirelessly to provide for his family, and without hesitation, help any of those around him who might be in need. Above all, the innumerable amount of people who have felt the impact of his kindness and generosity can testify to the outstanding quality of his character. My father Mike is the definition of a generous, protective, and godly hardworking man. He has been and will always be my inspiration.

I always believed my father was invincible, an unstoppable force. Upon hearing his diagnosis, myself and anyone who knows Mike struggled to accept it. In every memory of him I now envisioned the tumor in his pancreas gradually growing and spreading, slowly weakening him over time. However, after having some time to process it and come to terms, I realized that he has walked through every trial with faith as a light to those around him, even while unknowingly fighting pancreatic cancer, further cementing that he IS invincible.

I ask for anyone who has been touched by my father's story, or one of the countless people he has impacted and inspired like myself, to support him with your prayers, share this fundraiser, and call upon as many others as possible to do the same. Donations will go towards Mike’s treatment and transportation to Cleveland Clinic, which could take between 10-18 months.
