Help Michael Rex and his Family!

On November 25th, my cousin, Michael Rex was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer. This required immediate surgery and will be followed by months of intensive chemotherapy treatment. This is in addition to the family already facing high expenses and medicines to control Michael's diabetes with an insulin pump.
Michael is a graduate of Prairie Home High School and has worked on farm equipment around central Missouri for nearly 30 years and has always been willing to help whenever needed nights, weekends and holidays.
He has lived in Tipton for 28 years and has been a valuable citizen to the community. He has been a 4h volunteer, a ball coach and a ballfield groundskeeper whenever called upon. He has been the head coach of the Lady Cardinals traveling softball team for 4 years.
Michael and Tammy have 4 amazing children - Bryanna, Sarah, Ashley and Evan all of whom have attended Tipton High School, and have honored their parents by representing their family name with hard work, compassion and kindness towards others. Bryanna is a 4th grade teacher in the Marshall school district. Sarah. Attends State Fair Community College on the A+ program, Ashley is a junior and Evan is a freshman in high school.
Tammy beat breast cancer 9 years ago and has raised thousands of dollars for various charities, often times giving these donations anonymously. She has given guidance to countless others in how to walk through fear with faith and fed about every kid in the neighborhood at least once, while they played on a sport or attended a church or school activity.
Michael often travels around central Missouri fixing John Deere farm equipment. He’s one of the hardest working guys you will ever meet.
However due to type of work Michael does and the intensity of his chemo treatments Michael will not be able to work during this battle.
