Help Michael recover from this tragedy

Hi everyone my name is Kimberly, I am Michael‘s sister and I’m fundraising to help him recover from a traumatizing hit-and-run car accident. Michael was involved in a hit-and-run car accident on Friday, May 20 at around 3pm. He was minding his business on his way home from dropping off his car at the body shop, in a white Chevy equinox rental. Michael was traveling west on sample road towards lyons, when all of a sudden Dale Spidle went on a crime spree, shooting victims, crashing into cars and stealing cars. Michael was rear-ended at 80+ mph and completely blacked out from the impact. Above you will see the destruction this criminal made. Michael was woken up on scene by the paramedics being pulled out of the vehicle and taken to Broward Health North Hospital. At the hospital is where he discovered his injuries which resulted in him breaking his left shoulder, breaking eight ribs, with a pneumothorax. Michael was sent to the Surgical ICU to monitor his pneumothorax. He has now been in the hospital for five days and there is no set date for his discharge. The nurses and doctors are monitoring his lungs, ribs and shoulder to decide which procedures are necessary. Michael is a loving son, brother, and boyfriend. He has a long road to recovery, mentally, physically and emotionally, which interferes with being able to work. He does not know when he’ll be able to go back to his normal routine and will still have months of physical therapy. There needs to be justice for all the victims involved in this tragedy. We are still waiting on more information from the police department and detectives regarding this situation. Please help anyway you can, it is beyond appreciated.  Oi, meu nome é Kimberly, sou irmã de Michael e estou arrecadando fundos para ajudá-lo no pagamento do acidente de carro. O carro que Michael estava foi atingindo por um criminal na sexta-feira, 20 de maio, por volta das 15h. O resultado da tragédia o deixou com um ombro esquerdo lesionado( precisa ser operado) e oito costelas quebradas, além de uma perfuração no pulmão. Michael foi enviado para a UTI Cirúrgica para monitorar seu pneumotórax. Ele está no hospital há cinco dias e não tem data prevista para sua alta. Ele não sabe quando poderá voltar à sua rotina normal e ainda precisará de meses de fisioterapia. É preciso haver justiça para todas as vítimas envolvidas nesta tragédia, pois o seguro de saúde e nem o do carro podem cobrir os custos. Ainda estamos aguardando mais informações do departamento de polícia e detetives sobre essa situação. Por favor, aceitamos todos os tipos de ajuda financeira e também em orações .
