My name is Michael, and just over three weeks ago, I suffered a sudden back injury that changed everything. The pain became so severe that I had to be admitted to the hospital through the ER, and the doctors determined I needed surgery to repair a herniated disc. I had the operation the day after Christmas and was finally released from the hospital yesterday. The recovery process has been challenging, and being unable to work for most of December has left us struggling to keep up with our bills.
