My name is Michael and first of all thank you to everyone for your support during my period of uncertainty at this time.

Overnight, I lost my job which left me uninsured.

Because I live with congestive heart failure and ongoing heart problems medical care and daily medications are essential for me to stay healthy and stable.

I have already had a triple bypass and valve transplant but now I am looking at correcting my pulmonary hypertension in the right heart chamber.

I have gone through previous procedures and recently have been encouraged to have another. I am humbled having to ask for help and I am grateful for the support.
