Please Help My Brother Fight for His Life

My name is Sarah Moore (Sister) , and I’m reaching out to ask for help for my beloved brother, Michael Moore Jr who is a who is currently in the ICU on life support.

My brother is a proud member of ILA Local 20, in Galveston, Texas port of the Longshoremen Brotherhood. He was working hard and doing everything he could to complete his required hours. He was doing great and had accomplished those hours.

Then, while working outside in the heat and sun, everything changed.

My brother suffered a severe heat stroke.

At first, we knew something was wrong. Three days later, he could barely walk. He became confused and disoriented, and he continued complaining about an unbearable headache that simply would not go away.

Then we received devastating news.

He had suffered a seizure, and doctors discovered blood clots in his brain.

Today, my brother is in the ICU fighting for his life. He is heavily sedated and is unable to breathe on his own, so he is dependent on a ventilator. His body is extremely weak, and our family is praying every moment for him to fight through this.

This is a nightmare no family expects to face.

He went to work that day simply trying to provide, work his hours, and do what he had to do. None of us could have imagined that he would end up fighting for his life in an ICU.

Right now, our family needs prayers, love, and support.

Because of his critical condition, he is unable to work, and our family is facing overwhelming financial needs. My brother currently has no health insurance, and the medical expenses are already becoming a tremendous burden Donations will help with hospital bills, medical treatment, medications, rehabilitation, transportation, household expenses, and other essential costs while he remains unable to work.

and please pray for our father Michael Dwayne Moore, who has been a longshoreman since he was 18 years old and made a career out of it. He has lost so many people in his life mostly the ones closest to him. Please pray for him as he is dealing with and not leaving jr side. While Waiting for him to wake up.
