Help Michael Lavallee Overcome Heart Failure

Hi everybody. My name is Kk Lavallee, and I am raising money for my dad’s medical needs.

My dad’s name is Michael Lavallee, he is a father to 3, a step father to 3 and a grandfather to 5. In August, he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. With many tests and scans since then, we’ve found out that it is TTR amyloidosis. TTR amyloidosis is a rare disease that affects various organs and tissues throughout the body. This accumulation leads to the formation of amyloid deposits, which can damage and interfere with the normal functioning of the affected organs.  Recently, we found out that his heart is in worse condition than the doctors thought. He is most likely going to need a heart transplant .

He has done so much for people during his lifetime, and shows the love of Jesus to others. He taught elementary school kids for almost 15 years until he had to stop teaching to take care of his late mother. He’s always given and helped others even if he didn’t have much, and as for me and my daughter who I had very young, he has gone above and beyond. I am asking for donations to go towards medical bills and anything that may be needed while we navigate everything, and to help with the cost to travel to the Mayo Clinic Cardiac Amyloidosis Clinic. Anything is appreciated, or just to share this. Thank you so much.
