URGENT UPDATE: My Fight to Stay in School

Some of you may remember my last fundraiser to help me continue my education in General Studies with a Concentration in Behavorial Sciences at McNeese State University. Your generosity helped me stay enrolled before — and I’m so grateful for every single person who donated or shared.

Today, I’m back with an update I wish I didn’t have to give: my financial aid appeal for Fall 2025 was denied. That means no federal aid for the semester, and if I can’t raise the funds, I’ll be forced to drop out.

I’m a 27-year-old Black and disabled student living with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and chronic migraines. School is not just my education — it’s my way to change my life through education, break cycles, and build the future I’ve been fighting for.
