Help Michael Heal: Spinal Surgery Fund

Hello, my name's Michael. I'm 57 years old, an over-the-road truck driver. On the first week of February, I took a face dive on ice.

but I continued to work like so many of us do till i couldnt walk at all continued to work until 10 days ago due to my mom n dad pounding that n my head lol Broke my nose, concussion, fractured my skull. Since then, I fall a lot. Checked into the emergency room after my son said my fallin was enuff and CT scans. I have to have spinal surgery due to the severity of my fall. I will be out of work for at least 2 yrs on disability im not happy about that I have a son that lives with me. As a parent, I'm asking for help. Please and God bless.
