On November 10, my beloved husband went through a very tough surgery. He originally went in for kidney stones but left with the news that no one wants to hear. Michael had a tumor wrapping around his lymph nodes and a major artery in his small intestine. After the doctor broke the news to us, we knew it was going to be a long road ahead.

The day of surgery came, and the doctor ended up taking out a foot and a half of small intestine. After some complications plus many prayers, God guided him through this surgery. Those of you who know my husband know that he is hardworking, loving, and shows up when he is needed. Unfortunately, he will be out of work for the next 8 weeks while he recovers. As we all know, medical bills show no mercy. Anything helps. Thank you all for your support.
